Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis for therapeutic purposes. Hypnosis is the art of inducing a light trance for the intention of unlocking the mind to create positive change. The hypnotherapy I have trained in is designed to help clients ‘reset’ back to their optimal default settings quickly. This therefore helps the client remove negative thought patterns and behaviours.
