Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the way in which we use our language and thoughts to shape our experience of the world. Where we have created negative experiences, NLP methods can be utilised to re-programme our perceptions. As a result, NLP is often described as a ‘tool-kit for the mind’.

The style of NLP I am using is designed to ‘reset’ the mind. You weren’t born with the fears and phobias that you have learned or picked up over time. How would it be if you could go back to feeling how you did before your fear or phobia became an issue?
It works on the basis that our experiences are made up of a collection of components (sounds, images, feelings) that create the state we find ourselves in. If we change the components, we can change the state.

This form of NLP works particularly well helping you to overcome fears and personal issues that are holding you back.
